If the table is wood try peanut butter of all things. Put a little on the stain and rub gently with a soft cloth. The oil in the PB will help to restore the wood.

Place a cloth over the stain. An iron set to medium heat and iron over the cloth. May need a few passes.

Hello there, I always go for Mayonnaise and Salt rubbed in and wiped off. Should gradually make the area less noticeable.
Simply rub a small amount of mayonnaise onto the spots in a circular motion with a soft rag/t-shirt. Should clear these up easily.
