If you have remedied the issue, you can prime with Kilz so the mold won't bleed thru. Then you can paint with ceiling paint.
You have to clean it first, don't just paint over it!
You can use a high quality primer such as ‘Kilz’ first and then paint.
Absolutely Not! Too busy is not an excuse, everyone is busy. Schedule the cleaning, just like you would any other activity. Mold is detrimental to your health, it is worth taking the time to remedy. Besides you can paint without proper preparation, as the paint will peel in the short term and then you have a bigger mess to clean up and costs yet more money. Do it right the first time. Clean, dry, prime then paint.
