A dab of white toothpaste on a damp cloth. Rinse well.

I agree with William. I'd first try white toothpaste. Let that sit a while then scrub with a paste made with baking soda and water. Again, let that sit for a while, scrub again and thoroughly rinse the container. That should help. Wishing you the best.
