How do I refill a sofa that is sagging?

I am trying to stuff my sofa that needs more fill ! How do I do this! I was told to spray some glue inside the cushions before I stuffed I just would like tried and true ! Thank you

Its just the cushions that's making it feel sagging? Or is it that the sofa frame itself is breaking down?

  Not the frame it’s perfect! Just the back cushions and sofa cushions! Saw a detailed how to on Hometalk using fiberfill but can’t find it again!

Not sure about that glue hack. If cushions unzipp and add new foam or batting. If no zipper you are better off letting an upholsterer do it since you probably don't have a commercial sewing machine.

  If you can find it, look on you tube for tutorials on how to refill sofa cushions. Thete will be lots to choose from.

My sister added a sheet of plywood cut to fit the area under the cushions, the put the cushions back on. Made a big difference. Hope this is helpful. :)

  Thank you that is helpful! I saw on Hometalk how to but can’t find it again and it was very detailed and pictures! If you know where to find it let me know! It was using all the fill but the plywood is great idea.
