How do I replace railings on my wooden deck?

My deck 21' x 15' is elevated about 9' from ground level. The existing railings made of pre-assembled metallic rails was damaged hit by big branches of trees during severe weather (mini-tornado). Could you suggest replacement type material just for railings any website link for design drawings that I could DYI? The deck floorings have been replaced with 'synthetic' material (Trex ?) supplied by major home improvement store.
