If it is really bad you may have to disconnect the P trap underneath the sink and clean it out. First try pouring a cup of baking soda down to the trap and then fill up with vinegar. Listen for the fizz and then let sit for a while so it can work its magic and then flush hot water down to make it move. If this does not work then disconnect and clean.
If you have a pop up drain stopper that is attached by a rod and C-clip under your sink, you need to disassemble it so you can pull the stopper out and clean it. This is where most of the hair probably is.

Try using a Zip-It. Works great in the bathroom. Its kinda gross but it works. You would be surprised what comes out.

You can buy a snake drain cleaner that works with a drill at Home Depot. I bought the 50 foot one and it works great.

I use the zip it snake drain to get hair out of the drain. You don't have to take the drain plug out to use it.
