How can I fix my old blinds?

They're warped and bent and discolored. The discolored part isn't a problem. I figured I'd just spray paint them to match each room theme. The warped slats, and the slats with pieces missing is where I'm stuck. Can't afford new blinds right now. Am I just screwed??? I figured there was BOUND to be somebody here....THE BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD to go for help like this, that would have the answer. Thanks BUNCHES in advance to everybody that at least offers an attempt at my rescue!!!!! Just not wanting the house to look trashy. (LOL....just got gawdy sheets on the windows right now.....I know.....EWWWW right???)

Hi Llc! You can make follow the step.
Cut the cord just above the knot and then pull the cord up through the last damaged slat. Remove the slats and replace them with the new ones, making sure that you insert the slats so that the route holes are aligned with the existing slats.
