How do you get a ring out of a toilet bowl?

I used a blue toilet bowl cleaner and let it soak an entire day, (I forgot about it). Now there is a permanent ring at the water line. Any suggestions?

You can use a pumas stone to get rid of it

Empty the bowl. Spray vinegar on the ring several times a day to keep it wet with the vinegar then use a Magic Eraser sponge and scrub. If it is a old ring it may take several times but the vinegar should eventually dissolve the mineral ring. Worked for me. Good luck.

Try using a mix of baking soda and vinegar made into a paste. Shut the water off and flush the toilet so that you can treat the line without the excess water so that the solution can work.

Use a pumice stone. You will need to go around the ring a few times, but, the water in the bowl will keep the stone wet and there will be scratch marks when you are finished. You will need to repeat the process on occasion as the ring will continue to appear due to the minerals, etc in the water.
