How can I clean a battery operated stuffed animal?

My battery operated stuff animal have not only dirt but, some stains on it too! What or how can I get it clean?

    3. Add a small amount of laundry detergent and stir well to mix.
    4. Dip the washcloth in the soapy mixture.
    5. Gently scrub the outside of the plush.

    You might try a fabric cleaner that removes stains. It is made for carpet but we have cleaned a number of fabric type things like furniture with it. I would say it would do well. Folex Carpet stain remover. We needed to clean a used glider fabric and hometalkers suggested it. It worked perfectly! We love it!

    Spray with Automobile carpet cleaner from Walmart, when it dries, vacuum it. Easy peasy.

  • carpet cleaners are good - just make sure to get it all out and rub off any cleaning residue for it get cuddled again

    I would use Folex stain remover. It is specifically for carpet stains or furniture stains, but it would work on a stuffed animal too. Just follow the instructions. We ordered ours online, but I understand some home improvement stores have it now
