Remove top, fill with potting soil or peat pots and plant seeds. You can also use toilet paper tubes or paper towel tubes cut into shorter pieces for starter pots. Use window to cover seeds Until they start to sprout. You can then lay a couple of bricks of pieces of wood to move window higher above box. Sit in sunny warm area. After chance for last frost is gone you can move the plants to new homes outside. You should start seeds about 2 months before last frost date is expected.
