What is good to use on greasy stove top screens?

Dawn dish soap hot/boiling water sit in pan/tub to loosen grease inside of filter then scrub with soft brush rinse with hot hot water. Some people say put in dishwasher but it will turn aluminum black/gray oxidized

Hi , I used a de greaser by Krud Kutter , found at home depot . I took out the screen, put it in the sink and sprayed with cleaner, I lightly scrubbed with an old toothbrush, and let sit for about 10 minutes and rinsed off well in cold water.

They should pop out. Then soak in sink.
