How do I upgrade these kitchen counters?
I do not want to remove and replace, but these are seriously ugly. What ideas do you have for counter tops and back splash? I am going to be painting cabinets teal.

This is ceramic floor tile. Ugh.
You could always paint over the counter and backsplash using one of the countertops kits.
Rustoleum, Daich, or Giasni countertop paint kits.

If it were me, I would order the cabinets that are various tops that fit over the existing counter. You can get 1/4 inch thick quartz, granite, or just about anything that can be purchased if you put it in full width and replaced all the tops. It is much cheaper but looks real and best of all, no top to remove and replace! Hope this helps. Ask for it at your local home improvement stores. They will know about it and can show you samples and advise you.
I would get a counter top kit and finish like marble. You can also change the color of your grout with Grout Refresh. Amazon has the most colors.
I am seriously drooling đŸ¤¤. Your counters are perfect for a spatter-paint project. You could extend it to include the backsplash. Or you could paint the backsplash your secondary color (or wood or white tiles, etc.) To spatterpaint you could look up some YouTube videos. Simply, you would be painting dots all over the tiles in random patterns and splatters and drips, in your choice of colors, 1-~. Please post your project, whatever way you take this.
