I have a baking pan that has backed on yuck for years.How do I clean it?

Try boiling water, place in pan, then add cream of tartar, let water cool and scrub.
Or try EZ Off oven cleaner in the blue can.
Have you tried oven cleaner? It works but you have to have patience.
If the heat damage has penetrated down through the top layer of the baking pan, then it may be time to retire it and purchase new.
How old is the pan, and what material is it made out of?
Try baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Leave it on, then scrub!
