How to get candle wax off carpeting?

Actually it's wax from a wax warmer. It has grandchild written all over it. lol

Put ice on it. Should chip off.
Hi there, you can put a damp cotton towel on the wax. Press an iron set on “high” over the towel for about 10 seconds. The heat should draw the wax out of the carpet and into the towel. You may need to do it a few times to get all the wax out
You can heat the wax again - I used a high heat blow dryer once and was able to "soak up" the wax with a towel.
Thank you all for your answers to my delima , I love Hometalk, I will try both ice and heat as suggested, either way I know I can get the wax out of my carpet thanks to you.
I have used the damp towel and iron trick multiple times and it works great!
