How to build a projector cabinet?

For commercial, we need a projector cabinet to protect our costly projector from dust and humidity. We want to make it ourself. I have read up some manufactures( DeerTV, Temppest) introduction for the enclosure, it looked very complicated. I even don't know how to start. I was wondering if you have any ideas or suggestions. That will be much appreciated. Thanks for your input.

Can you take an entertainment armoire and convert it? I see them posted cheap or free often since people don't have the large tv sets any longer. I just gave one away last year that I am sure would have held a projector.

Deer TV Tempest etc. are weather proof for outdoor use is that what you need or just a dust jacket /enclosure type cover? it makes a big difference
