Can I put glass over peel and stick tile?

So, I want to use those peel and stick tiles for my shower wall. I know they aren't recommended for showers because the glue doesn't hold up to moisture and humidity, but what if I cover the peel and stick tile walls with glass panels?

No, no. You'll get condensation, mold and mildew. Plus would be very exspensive. If you are going to all that trouble and expense you could retile. At the very least, you can use the epoxy kits made to paint over tile sold at Home Depot. Step by step instructions are in the kit. This will buy you time to save up for a remodel. If careful will get 3 to 4 years out of that paint job.

if any moisture gets behind it, it will be big moldy mess you could not even get to, to clean,be just as much cost to just tile them as sealing the glass panels.

That is a perfect habitat for mold, mildew, and damage to the walls. Also glass panels would need to be tempered glass which is expensive.

Get a can or two of Flex Shot ir a similar product. It holds well in wet conditions.

Agree that if you do this, you will soon have a huge problem that will be messy and expensive to try to rectify.
