Mr. Clean Heavy Duty Magic Eraser and a little elbow grease works wonders!

Try a mixture of 1 part bleach and 2 parts water. Use a stiff brush to apply and let it sit 15 minutes and then scrub and finally rinse. Repeat if needed.

  • Hi Jenny,

We used a pumice stone and it worked the best for us. It takes a lot of effort to work off all the stains though.

Instead of a pumice stone, do yourself a favor and purchase a Dremel Srubber. It comes with different attachments, one of which is similar to a pumice and use with toilet cleaner to clean your shower. It was the only thing that saved my bathtub and tile that was black with filth and hard water build up in our newly purchased home. Even cleaned up the grout using a less abrasive attachment also included with the Dremel Scrubber. I guarantee that you will find other uses for the Dremel Scrubber. I have and continue to do so. It's an amazing tool and it saves on the elbow grease. FYI I'm paid to push the Dremel, just a really satisfied purchaser.

Edit....I AM NOT payed to push the Dremel.
