Other than paint, which won't wear well. Putting on a new vinyl floor is your best bet. Really need to remove old floor first
No easy way. Kelli is right. Paint is a fast solution. Everythign else need prep and work. Other than a floating floor old tiles will need to be removed. Peel and stick vinyl planks would work if the linoleum tiles are stable and flat.
