what is your adorable cottage sitting on....what type of foundation? Also do you have utilities for lights and water? Did you start from a "kit" or have a building on site? Great ideas and thanks!!!

Hi Becky. No, there are no utilities to the shed. I had planned to put in electricity, but then found I really didn't need to since I only use it during the daytime. It would not be that big a project if I ever decided to run a line. It wasn't a kit, but just an idea that formed as we went along. It sits on concrete footers. It does not have a full blown foundation. I hope I answered all your questions. I'm glad you like it.
