How do I clean a refrigerator water dispenser?

In regards to the post I just read on cleaning mold from refrigerator water dispenser, I was actually advised by the Fridgidaire Electrolux company of doing this every 30 days when I purchased my Gallery series refrigerator a few years ago, also remember to use a qtip dipped in cleaning /sanitizer solution to clean inside the ends of thewatertube that the water actually dispenses from.Thanks for letting me shareB.
