How can I change the color of tile?

Well you could paint it, but I do not advocate that idea, as it could be made worse if it doesn't work. You could use Tile covers, they come in many colours and designs, there are also transfers too
They have tile stickers that you could place right on top of the tile.
You can paint over it but you will need a primer so that the second coat will adhere. Use an enamel paint if you decide to paint. If it is tile and you are replacing it then it is best to remove the original.
You can paint it. Make sure to get a really good primer. There is also grout paint if you want to change that too.
