1/4 to 1/2 cup dawn dish liquid into the commode let sit for an hour or so. Then heat up water to very warm but not boiling. Pour the water over the toilet bowl.the dawn lubes the commode, the hot water breaks up t.p. Try flushing.

I wrote a post about unclogging a toilet that might help you - https://chascrazycreations.com/unclog-drains-toilets-with-out-plunging/

Don’t stress. It’s easier to unclog the toilet than to clean an abandoned one.

First, if you can make yourself do it, pull out as much paper, diapers, etc as you can, into a trash can. Whether it is paper or other things clogging the toilet, pour a cup of vinegar into the bowl. Then pour in a half cup of baking soda and step back. The vinegar and baking soda will foam and start breaking down the clog. Wait about ten minutes and flush. Expect the worst (overflow) but many times one time through is all you need. But it is simple to do another round, letting the vinegar-baking soda mix sit for thirty minutes, then flush. If the toilet has not been unclogged after a couple of rounds, you need a plumber. Good luck!

I'm taking it that a plunger didn't do any good as your asking for help. The above suggestions are all good or you can buy toilet bowl cleaner that will also unplug it. You can also try a small plumbing snake. The cleaner and snake you can get at either Lowes or Home Depot but be careful putting it down the toilet that you don't force it so hard you damage the toilet. Good Luck

If the plunger has not worked, then try pouring some baking soda, about 1 cup down the drain and top with vinegar and let it fizz for a period of time. If it does not let go you may have to dismantle the toilet or call a plumber to get to the trap. Do you have any trees close to the line going out of your home to the mainline as they could be clogged with roots? In this case you will need Roto Rooter.
