How can I build a BBQ cover with the coolroom panels?

If these are the Coolroom panels you are referring to, they’re made for cool places, like wine storage rooms.

Theyre probably not going to like BBQ heat and UV exposure.

Looking at Coolroom panels as far as I can tell its basically just highly insulated foam board. I don't see why you couldn't use them to build a structure as long as its timber supported. But any type of foam board will be extremely flammable: It will melt and melt fast. So that's something to keep in mind.

The foam boards, if they burn or melt give off toxic fumes and horrible smoke. So it is a no go.
