After we all are 30 years old, our bodies quit making collagen. This makes the skin firm and elastic.

I would take collagen supplements, GNC carries very good ones from France.

I would use a collagen enhanced face cream, night and day. Mary Kay and Nuetrogena make very good ones.

Wear a non comodogenic face sunblock, on your neck as well. I use one with Retinol in it, from Nuetrogena.

Hi Tina, Massage cream upwards on your as often as you can (the massage is just as good as the cream) or Have a neck lift!

Or use scarves to hide it, or Necklaces to flaunt it, or draw the attention away by putting the emphasis on another area of your anatomy!!

  • I swear by Laura Mercier products, but they are very expensive. Give Cheryl's remedies a try before you invest. If you decide to try them, head over to the make up counter at a major department store, I buy at Macy's. Let the ladies do their thing and see how you like it before you buy it.

I started including my neck and upper chest in my usual face care regimen and almost all the crinkles and wrinkles have disappeared. I use regular drugstore brands like Olay, Garner Nutrisse, Nivea, etc -it is more about being consistent with gentle cleansing and moisturizer than how much you spend on the product.
