Or do you want it framed out of wood studs and finished in sheet rock?

Build out a frame or wall at right angles to the wall to the depth of cabinets that surround, or to depth required at both sides of corner. Then build in door frame (one or Two doors) according to taste and space available. Fit out with shelves as required. If you just want to go across a corner. Build framework across the angle and form door frame. Hinge door or doors. Add catch and handles and fit out with shelves. Hope that helps in some way........
