See if you can open one of the cushions up using a seam ripper and use the pieces as a pattern for the new cushions. Make sure to include the exact seam allowance for sewing. Since these will be new cushions, use zippers or Velcro on one side so you can always remove them for laundering.

I have some that had mdf on the bottom. I removed the staples, used the old fabric as a pattern for new adding a couple inches. Replaced the mdf with some new birch plywood sealed with marine spar varnish, all 6 sides. Added upholstery cushion and batting. Stapled the new fabric on.
You want to use dove cloth!
