Use Neem oil directly on the plant and insects, it will not harm the plant, but avoid spraying on extremely hot days as it will damage the plant, reapply after rain.
There are insecticidal soaps that can be used too-follow the package directions, look for these at diy stores and garden centers, of course on Amazon.
