    Borax dish soap and apple cider vinegar about a half a cup of each and still the rest of way of with water makes a gallon

    No salt or vinegar on lawn or flower bed. Will kill everything.

    I agree with William, salt and vinegar will kill anything it touches, especially if it gets into the soil and gets to the roots of what you want to keep. Both also change the soil and won't be comparable with planting until heavily amended to bring it back to good soil health. Use them only if it is in areas like the cracks in driveways and sidewalks, rock gardens where there is plenty of space between plants or shrubs that won't affect the roots.

    This is not an exact science – approximate measures are totally fine 1 gallon white vinegar and cup Epsom salts and ¼ cup liquid dish soap Combine ingredients in spray bottle and treat weeds at the hottest time of day for best results.
