The contractor should be responsible for debris from the work he has done. If you are doing the work, rent a dumpster.

As a professional housekeeper I can tell you that renovation clean up is as big a job as the renovation itself. Replacing floors stirs up lots of dust and as it settles the dust continues to come out. Don’t be surprised if you find areas that continue to be exceptionally dusty 6 months from now. Your best friend during cleanup will be a good vacuum with hepa filters and knee pads. Vacuum vacuum vacuum again

then wash your floors with a very mild soap or even just warm water and a damp cloth. This is what the kneepads are for because a mop is not going to get into all the corners and seams. A mop will push everything into the corners and seams. Change your cloth frequently and when your done vacuum again. If you’ve installed a shower door clean with hydrogen peroxide NOT Windex or other “glass” cleaner. Use a razor blade to gently remove any paint drips. Be sure the glass is spotless then cover with a good car wax. This will help prevent mildew, hardwater spots and soap scum. Buff buff buff. While that’s drying vacuum again. Seriously you’re gonna want to vacuum every chance you get. You can also use car wax on shower walls. Do NOT put wax on the floor or tub for obvious reasons. If the job seems daunting call a professional. A couple hundred dollars is not to much to spend to get a professional post-construction clean.
