Waxing all of the moving parts that rub helps. Make sure you buff the wax after applying it.
I will give it a try. Thank you!
Hi ! Try rubbing wax ( you can use a candle ) along both sides , the drawer and dresser sides of the runner the drawer slides along .
Take all the drawers out. Move the dresser to where you want it. Replace the drawers. My dad made my 2 highboys dressers. They weigh a lot even empty. Best way to relocate with no damage. I have moved many times in my younger years, safety first!
We still use good old bar soap on the edges of the drawer. Wax from skating or suede boards works well too. Rub on the edges and move in and out.
Furniture sliders. Walmart.
I was also thinking wax would work.
I use these whenever I need to move heavy furniture: https://amzn.to/2I6tICa
