Hi Cyndi, I have used a 40/60 bleach(40) water(60) mix in a spray bottle, let it sit and use a scrub brush on the stubborn areas, rinse well and repeat in tough areas, then you could think about sealing it so it doesn't stain again.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

I like to make a baking soda paste.
Mix two parts peroxide and one part dish soap (many recommend blue Dawn, but most soaps should work fine), and use it to clean the grout.
