    Hi Elle,

My best thought would be to vacuum it regularly but also try sprinkling some baking soda on it then vacuuming that off. It should help. I'd also contact the manufacturer to ask what they recommend. It is very unusual for color to come off that easily these days. The manufacturer might have some tips (or see if you can find their website). Good luck. Wishing you the best!

Elle...We use some spray fabric cleaner called Blue Magic that we purchased from AutoZone.

That's not good. Sounds like someone tried to dye it and failed. If new definately call the maker. I'd be careful with it, could come off on your clothes.

I agree with the above comments. The color should not be coming off with a damp cloth. Normally I would recommend Woolite Rug and Upholstery Cleaner, but I'm not sure that would be good in your case. Try to contact the manufacturer and ask them what color the chair should be.

Are there any manufacturers tags on the piece? Some manufacturers have care instructions on thier websites.
