Hi Sheila,
My first thought is to vacuum or sweep daily or even after every meal depending on how many people are in your home. You could use a product similar to or get an actual Swiffer Wetjet for spots and actual washing of the floor. If you can bend over, clean up any spill or spot that you see every day so that actual cleaning is never a big job. Depending on who else is in your home, you could also delegate that job. I hope some of these thoughts help you. Wishing you the best.
I use a steam mop to clean my tile floors. Maybe something like that will work for you.
I used to use my carpet cleaner to do my kitchen floor that I liked cause it sucked up all the dirty water.
I use a steamer. They also make scrub brushes with long like mop handles, usually found eith brooms.
I have a Hoover Floormate similar to this one https://www.amazon.com/Hoover-FloorMate-Deluxe-Cleaner-Moondust/dp/B00CM220CK/
but mine is an older model. It has scrubbers and sucks up the dirty water.
