Hi Janet, I would sprinkle it with baking soda, lightly spray the baking soda with water and let it sit to soak up the urine smell then either vacuum with a shop vac or wash it away with water.

Https://Odormute.com It's an enzyme eater, which you need to get rid of the urine smell. It is non-toxic and you can even use it on your pet and clothes. I have used it for years with wonderful results.
