I have chain link fence in my backyard. It makes it difficult to have mulch and garden near fence line.

your seed pack has the info on the back of the package as to plant the seeds. the weather needs to warm up to high 60's for most seeds to start growing. you can start your seeds indoors and transplant to the garden bed when the weather warms up.
