use epoxy paint and a foam roller
I Used epoxy to resurface out kitchen countertops. You can check out my link on resurfacing countertops with epoxy here. :) My favorite epoxy is stonecoat countertops. They have TONS of youtube videos on resurfacing countertops with epoxy. :)
