First try olive oil since it's easy to find and safe for the paint on the metal railing. If that doesn't work, try GoofOff or mineral spirits but test a hidden area to make sure it doesn't remove the paint.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...
