How do I clean the tracks on sliding pantry doors?

Pantry tracks get dirty from spilled sugar and crumbs. I am using a vacuum, wet rags and then Q-tips. Surely there is a better way to clean them.

I wonder if that canned air that they use for cleaning computers would work. It's a high-powered burst of air.
I keep all sugars, crackers, etc. in sealed mason jars of heavy plastic food bags, etc. to avoid crumbs and spills in the pantry.
The sugar is kept in an acrylic bin with a flip up top. I then use a scoop but inevitably, there is a spill. It eliminates having to carry a large heavy container across the kitchen to ideally do it in the sink. Everything else is in a container. Tks. Olivia.
Buy a small round brush. The small is the size of the round b rush itself, not he over all size. Tooth brush works too.
