How to refurbish metal file cabinet that is tall and on wheels?

my elderly aunt is gradually clearing out her house- she is in her 80's, and will be going into an assisted living facility- this file cabinet has tall legs and is on wheels.
it's been passed around to family for ages. i suspect some rustolium is in my future, she is a card shark- any one know where to find graphics of playing cards?

I would paint the cabinet. Then download the free images, cut out and mod podge them on.

After you spray paint the cabinets, why not actually using the cards for decopage. Sounds like a cute idea for your Gran.
