How to use fiberglass in a tricky way?

Thinking about covering natural plants with fiberglass or something similar ( which can stand for weather) to imitate the same shape with low cost.Will appreciate your help

I wonder if there is something like a spary to cover the leaves and turn it to plastic leaves.
