Murphy's Oil Soap.
Murphy's Oil Soap is what my grandmother used to use on her real wood paneling.

I would use the same thing I use on wood furniture, Murphys Soap or even Old English furniture polish. Your bathroom sounds pretty so I hope this helps. The Old English comes in 2 colors, light or dark, so you would probably want the light one. good luck!
