Will my climbing roses grow back?

I have a climbing rose and it looks like somebody fresh cut the branch Will it still grow and how long will it take to grow ? Or am I better off buying a new one ?Thankyou

it'll grow .... might not bloom as muchat first but it will come back just fine--- give it some bone meal in soil around base. Guess someone liked it enuf to take it for cutting/start. Too bad they did not care that you liked it too and paid for it.
I pruned my rose in February.I would call your county agent because there are different roses with different needs
