Have to remove and wash in hot water to remove any rainproofing additive , don't put in dryer, air dry. Get some Ritz dye and follow the directions. Add weatherproofing spray when finished. Sold in garden centers.
I assume they are sunfabric. Mask them off and spray them with Krylon paint for plastic. If they are sunfabric, they will not take a dye. I spray paint my umbrella every year. Lots of fun and little work. The umbrella looks brand new, and so will your cushions.

Most people paint them. The outdoor fabric won't accept dye.
