Hi Cindy, I don't know if there is an easy way but I just take a rag and dip in water with cleaner and wipe mine down.
I use a "hairy " microfiber duster. Microfiber rags for once a year wet clean. Buy a degreaser cleaner to add to water.
It is a pesky job to do and no quick way, but I've found if you just start in with a very hot bowl of water with a small amount of soap or even just hot water and vinegar and use a soft cloth and start at the top of the blinds and hold the cloth so you're cleaning both sides of the blinds at once you can make pretty easy work of it and progress through the room. Depending on how long its been since I cleaned them, I replace the dirty water often. Put on some good tunes and the job is done before you know it.....or pace yourself and do one set of blinds a day until you've cleaned them all. It feels so good to know you've accomplished this time-consuming task.
