Get someone else to do it !!! Haha , only kidding !😀

I have some physical issues , so I do a little at a time , tackle one area at a time . I also factor in the weather , I don't like the heat , so I work either early in the day or in the early evening . Or I will work on whatever side of the yard is in the shade . Keeping up the yard is a big job ! If you are raking stuff up , bag it right away , so it won't blow around , and you will have the satisfaction of seeing the difference your work has made . Getting rid of garbage first is good to do , get rid of broken planters , lawn furniture , toys ....Good luck !

We do a pick up of any debris in yard and usually it's ready to start mowing.

Pamela....I was going to say that...get someone else to do it. lol I am thinking that maybe my grandsons would like to earn a little money...I have pine cones to rake up, and I have leaves under the bushes to rake up and put in bags....I look out at the yard and sometimes I am overwhelmed also.

I do exactly what Pamela does - a little at a time. And it helps if a son comes over while you're doing it and helps you finish!

I too have mobility issues. I focus on one area get as much done as my legs will allow. Later that day or maybe the next day finish that area. Then start a new spot.

Before planting season my gardens are ready for new sprouts.

i remember the good ole days and being out there for hours. But this is now and I have accepted. Best luck, don’t over do 😎.
