I use Clorox Toilet Bowl cleaner with great results. I have tried many of the recommendations and this one works the best for me. Put a small blob in the corner of 4 tiles and then brush along the gout lines with a toothbrush, let sit for 10-15 minutes and then scrub with the brush again. Wipe off the residue with a sponge dipped in warm water and vinegar. After you have completed the whole floor, then mop again with warm water and vinegar.

Problem with toilet bowl cleaner is it removes some of the surface grout revealing clean grout underneath. Don't believe everything you see online.

I use it all the time and have not had any problems with it. My tile is beige with a silver grey grout. Grout can always be resealed if you can get it clean enough.

  • Hi Cindy - This is the shower cleaner that we use to help keep grout and tiles clean and minimize the mildew - it works on kitchen grout too. Hope this helps! Hugs, Holly
