How do I help my succulents that appear dead? They’ve looked pitiful for almost a month.
If the are dried out you are not watering them enough. To much water will also make the shrivel up. I water mine once a week and make sure they have enough light and sun.
If they're not totally dead, immerse them in the sink or in a bucket. Let drain thouroughly, water once a week & keep in the sun. (figured out if I think like a cactus, flash flooding it then desert; it worked ....)
Not sure if they’re totally dead or not. I don’t see anything but dead looking dried up stems and leaves. I’ve been keeping them in plenty of sun.
What zone are you in Mary? Are they inside? Outside?
I’m not sure of the zone. I live in southeast Missouri. I had them inside until 2 days ago.
Hello- I leave mine out doors in zone seven central Virginia they go dormant over the winter look pretty dead and then they come alive again in spring time. Even in planters out of the ground they survive my winters. Give them a chance - dont give up....maybe they’ll recover.
