I always wipe down with warm water, then add baking soda. Let sit for a few minutes. Add white vinegar to the baking soda so it bubbles up. Let sit for a about 10 minutes. Next I use a sponge with warm water and dawn dish soap and all the grease comes right off.

Soften with a hot wrap let it sit on it 10 min then scrap with a spa hula plastic one use a plastic scrubby comet works great
Use oven cleaner from the dollar tree. Spray the top and leave it for an hour. And clean up with warm water.
