Call a window company that does window REPAIRS not window replacements. To replace window you are looking between 2-3 hundred dollars. A Window REPAIR shop can often remove small plugs the hold the window together and replace a the seal that is causing it to fog.

What type of windows do you have?
Is the fog in between the panes? If so the seal could be broken and there isn't a cheap fix for that.

I don't think it can be repaired.......I think it needs to be replaced.....
