Do you need to change the cabinets? It is easier just to change the countertop.
usually you just have to unhook the plumbing and unscrew the cabinet from the wall. The new one should slide in and you can hook up the plumbing to the sink
You can take off the present top and buy a granite top, OR you can save a lot of money and hassle with the 1/4 inch granite that just fits over your present top of the cabinet. Most home improvement stores have the shallower granite that is cut to fit what you already have and they are not nearly as difficult or heavy to install. Hope this helps, Yulanda
